Hyundai Launches LPG Model In i10.

Hyundai India has launched its spearhead for competing in the steadily increasing need for fuel efficient cars in India. Many of the foreign auto majors like Chevrolet, Maruti and even Hyundai have launched their fuel efficient economy cars in India. Now, Hyundai has stiffened the fight by rolling out its new fuel efficient car from the super hit i10 hatchback series, the Hyundai i10 Bluedrive LPG.

Engine:-
The powerhouse of Hyundai i10 Blue drive LPG is the .1 Liter IRDE2 engine which is less efficient in performance and offers more fuel efficiency than the 1.2 Liter Kappa VTVT engine.

i10 LPG price:-
Hyundai India has rolled out the Hyundai i10 Blue drive LPG in two variants namely, Era and Magna. Both these variants will have fuel tank capacity of 34 liters.
The Hyundai i10 LPG Era is priced at Rs 4.16 Lakhs.
ex-showroom Delhi and Hyundai i10 LPG Magna variant is priced at 4.3 Lakhs.

The Japanese motor expert Suzuki is planning for an entry in the premium sports bike market of India by debuting its New Suzuki Inazuma 250cc by the year 2012. Suzuki with its Indian partner Maruti has a good market in Indian car markets, but hasn't created an impact in the two wheel category. Being a tough competitor for its fellow Japanese rivals Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha in foreign soils, Suzuki has decided deliver the same same in India too.
Suzuki was expected to bring in the GW250 to India, but the latest reports suggest that the auto major will introduce the Inazuma 250cc bike in India which looks ninety percent similar to the GW250. Well, there has not been much of details about the Inazuma 250cc floating in the net but the hint that it is similar to the GW250 has helped us in guess works.
The Suzuki Inazuma 250 is naked which gives us a good picture of its power house, the engine. Like the GW250, Suzuki Inazuma 250 will have a DOHC 250cc parallel twin engine. The peak power and torque capacities of the vehicles aren't known yet. As of now,  GW250's maximum power of 26 Bhp and 24 Nm of torque is expected to be delivered by the Inazuma 250.
The Suzuki Inazuma 250 is likely to be a part of the 2012 Indian Auto Expo as most of the automakers have planned to unveil their products through this platform. 2012 Indian Auto Expo is the best place for the Japanese auto major to know the consumer response to its 250cc product. If the response is positive we could expect Suzuki to bring its Inazuma 250 as competitor to Honda CBR 250 and Kawasaki Ninja.
Though being a late contender in the sports commuter category in India, Suzuki will have an EDGE over its two existing rivals Honda and Kawasaki. If Suzuki manages to fix a price that falls below Honda CBR 250 and Kawasaki Ninja, it combat would become all the more interesting. Suzuki will bring the Inazuma 250 as the premium sports bike in India and entry level sports bike in foreign markets.

Facebook Phone will hit the market in 12 to 18 months

Facebook has approached Taiwanese cellphone maker HTC to build a smartphone that has Facebook integrated at its core.

According to a latest report by AllThingsD, the Facebook phone will be manufactured by HTC under the codename Buffy. The phone would run on a modified version of Android that Facebook has tweaked heavily in order to deeply integrate its services, as well as to support HTML5 as a platform for applications.

Facebook Chief Technology Officer Bret Taylor is said to be leading this project of further build on the previous ‘Facebook phones’ that have a dedicated button to access the social network. Buffy would be out in the market in 12-18 months, the report says.

When asked about the new phone Facebook declined to comment. A spokesman for Facebook told AllThingsD, Our mobile strategy is simple: We think every mobile device is better if it is deeply social. We’re working across the entire mobile industry; with operators, hardware manufacturers, OS providers, and application developers to bring powerful social experiences to more people around the world.

Facebook has more than 350 million mobile users across all platforms. Although it is one of the most popular destination on the phones with which it is available, the social network just exists as an app where people can view their friends’ feeds and post status updates. With Buffy, Facebook can bring friends and social activities deep into the mobile interface and further enhance the social networking experience of mobile users.
